Victor Payan is an award-winning writer, producer, multidisciplinary artist and consultant. He is Founder/Director of Media Arts Santa Ana (MASA) and Director of the OC Film Fiesta film festival. He is creator of Aztec Gold TV, hosted by masked Mexican wrestler Lou Chalibre. As a comedy writer, he has written for Lalo Alcaraz’s pocho.com, Rick Najera and his own news satire site Between The Lines. He was a producer for the national PBS documentary series' The U.S.-Mexican War: 1846-1848 and The Border. He has designed youth media programs, including the San Anto MultiMedia Institute (SAMMI), Social Justice Through Technology Program and the OC Youth Murals and Media Class.
